The Reactgirls Workshop is a friendly and supportive environment for you to develop your tech skills. We passionately empower girls and women in their coding journey by offering this cool, 1-day, free workshop for members of all ages and skills.
Language of the workshop is both Czech and English, we will make sure everyone can understand and feels comfortable.

We teach you how to code in React. This workshop is for everyone from an old hand learning a new language to just getting started on your coding journey. It’s a free and fun way to get started or level up with React. You’ll leave being amazed at what you can do in React and gain a ton of information in just ONE day!
Reactgirls is a workshop for women that teaches coding skills to women. You’ll get to understand how programming languages work and why they are so powerful.
Moreover, you can meet other thrilled ladies and inspiring coaches who can help you further your career and make your dreams come true.

Pavel joined Livesport in 2011 and quickly became an important part of the team by helping develop Livesport’s flagship brand, FlashScore. He initiated the development of the FlashScore mobile app for iOS, which was quickly followed by the Android version. Today, he’s the leader of both the web and mobile teams at Livesport.

Julia is the go-to person for process optimization, product management and personal time-management techniques. With experience gained at multinational corporations, start-ups and at home raising her 9-month old son, Julia is a working mom and passionate IT professional that does everything needed to see her team excel and grow.
PPC Bee Director and CEO
Hanka joined PPC Bee, the Czech leader in PPC campaign automation, as a product owner and she’s still working there today. Thanks to her skills and enthusiasm as CEO, she’s also rallying the entire team behind an ambitious vision. In addition, Hanka devotes her business development skills to PPC Bee’s pet project, Sofee and the Gang, to boost product development and sales of this delicious coffee concept.

Martina was influenced by her father, so her passion for programming started when she was in elementary school. She enjoys solving problems and is not afraid of challenges. Since 2017, she has been working at Livesport where she manages databases and helps develop systems for effective sports data management.

Tereza Macháčková runs People Operations at productboard where she is making sure they only hire the best talents. In her spare time you can find her mentoring awesome junior Femme Palette members, volunteer at farm, or playing with some coding basics. She is obsessed with tech world (not that she would understand that:D) but to boost her interviewing skills with all the smartest engineers from all over the world.

Marek is a personal coach, lecturer and methodology instructor. He has many years of managerial experience in human resources and career counseling. As a trainer, he has been focusing on soft skills, business skills and human resources courses, which not only offers clients his expertise in adult education, but also his practical experience.

With a background in Anthropology, Zuzka ended up at Applifting, a fast growing software house with unique company culture – flat, transparent and always changing. Her path was never straightforward, thanks to deep engagement with technology, her career skyrocketed through testing and operations and now she is head of HR in her company.

Dimitris is a front-end architect specializing in scalable user interfaces. He has been writing code professionally for over 14 years and using React since its inception. Previously, he was a Design Systems Architect for Shopify‘s Polaris. He’s also the creator of the open-source CSS framework, iotaCSS
Zuzka studied Japanese and economy and got into programming by accident.
However, she started to like it and decided to learn coding on her own by taking intensive programming courses. It was a long and hard journey, but nowadays, she is a junior-mid developer. Currently, she works as a React developer at Moneta.

Lena is developer and also tech student, with a passion for coding and creating new things. She organises tech event for women as Femme Palette IT/Tech group leader. Lena is the prize-winner of the IT Challenges Championship 2018 in the Backend category. She also actively participates in hackathons, such as the Foss Hackathon in Belgium or the Startup Weekend in Prague. She also authors Telegram channel about the diversity in tech, feminism, and IT news. In her free time, she loves learning about art and illustration.
Alexandre is a front-end engineer. Whenever he’s not coding, he enjoys giving technical talks, and also non-technical ones, to lead juniors to a healthy path in tech.
